I find Grant & Mike's slobbering, pandering, unobjective, pushing of this new arena disgusting. To add insult to injury they then have the nerve to insinuate that Sacramento listeners are dumb. I am a huge Kings fan and want a new arena, but I think that these two are the absolute worst panderers. Why are they incapable of being objective on this issue? None of the other local hosts have this problem. This is an example of Grant's conflict of interest in this job. It makes me sick.

To copy the previous comment, please stop subjecting us to the Monarchs and any kind of talk about the Monarchs (especially when you interupt Mike O'Meara's show). It would be wise to do something because I find myself tuning into ESPN. The Monarchs simply aren't popular enough to justify the radio time they get, and what a waste of Koz' time. Koz is my favorite by far, but I still can't listen if it involves the Monarchs.

KHTK is far from being a sports station. I don't know what it is. They had a chance to add local sports talk in the afternoon but kept Mike "im boring" O'Meara. Now they've added a woman money show on Saturdays. What's wrong with these guys?

KHTK should have CD on from Noon to 4. He should also have hosts such as: Jason Ross, Scott Marsh, Sean Thomas, and Sean Cunningham. They would have a great show and really cover sports to the max. FP's mistake is in how he handled the information. I know his parents and how he was raised, he is not a cheat or a liar. He preserved his own career, like any of us would. We all make mistakes in life, things that we are not proud of, I commend you for having the courage to face the issues and try to overcome. Whatever you do,please do not leave the show,you can use your experience everyday to help guide to speak out against steroids, and to the execs out there he made a mistake in his past not now, do not hold that against him. For those of you condemning FP, try to put this into perspective. In all the world, how many things are there to be upset about? How much of the daily paper is filled with terrible things that bad people do? Things that harm OTHER people. Bad things. FP took steroids years ago, and then had the AUDACITY to not go around blurting that out publicly. Wow. What a crime. From what I can tell, FP is a decent man, treats people well, earns a living, has fun, pays taxes, and loves his family. Some blowhard came on the air this a.m. and caveated his oblique criticism with "those without sin cast the first stone"...then he went on to say how FP had "let down" his 13 year old son who eats and sleeps baseball. Dude, if the fact that FP Santangelo took steroids a couple of times years ago "lets down" your son, you need to give your son some perspective. Please. FP - this will make you a better man than you already are. Hang in there.

I genuinely think that your actions yesterday and today & for the rest of your life WILL impact the future of my child%u2019s baseball and sports for the better. If you are going to come clean then do it about everything. If you really want to get rid of steroids in baseball then cooperate with the investigation. The only way the blue wall of silence came down was when cops realized there was a bigger cause andtold everything, even if it meant that he was in trouble with his co-workers. Don't do this half ass "I can tell this, but not that."

I just wanted to thank FP for being honest about what happened. I also wanted to include that I hope nothing happens to FP at the radio show. I really enjoy listening him every morning. I think he really brings a lot of insite to the show, and I enjoy it.

I only had to listen to about two minutes of FP to know he is full of s--t. One example, to now call the information in the report inaccurate after the fact, saying it was "Radomski's story". If he wanted to contradict the information he had plenty of opportunities - for two years. He was given the chance to speak with Mitchell and contradict the information given by Radomski, but instead he chose to hide and stick his head in the sand and hope it would go away. Now he is caught and wants to come clean. Give me a break. I can't listen to any of these users and their excuses.

His entire career at KHTK is built on his "story" of being a local sports hero and a guy who played the "right way." We now know that he is a cheater and apparently cheaters do prosper. He used steriods to get a contract with the Giants and parlayed that into a radio career. The guy has no integrity. I am done with listening to him.

The problem i have with F.P. is that he could not say on the Grant and Mike Show is that he could not say he would change things if he could go back and at the same time he saying it's wrong but it sounds like presented with the same choices he would doit again. We should not be looking up to any Sports figure sure admire there accomplishments but stop the worshipping .To answer the question i think not we all have lied about something.

I believe that F.P. is contrite and is suffering personally, but remember when Frank Paul came out with is admission. F.P. admitted his use of illegal drugs only when he got caught. The problem that I have with F.P. is that he used the medium of radio to proselytize against what he perceived as athletes who didn't live up to his moral high ground. Whether it be Micheal Vick or Ron Artest, F.P. had a microphone to convince us of the ills of sport. But here he is, claiming the love of baseball and the fact that he was a guy who "just did all he could" to play the game he loved. Don't ever lose sight of the fact that basebal might not have had a rule against steroids, but society says it's against the law. The integrity of baseball has been ruined because, when you consider, players like Roger Maris and Hank Aaron, how can generations beyond us, ever understand the accomplishments of the guys who did it for "the love of the game".

FP's arrogant attitude is always on display, now more than ever. Now that he's been outed, he is trying to sell to us that he is being honest. Stop insulting us FP. I won't listen ever again!

He would never taint his ability and hard work by using Roids. If we are to belive what he said when he said it, then the report is a lie.
